You are probably wondering why did she name her blog post like that? Well, it was mainly to grab your attention. To be completely honest we are living in a time that is fixated on instant everything. Is it a good thing? Maybe but maybe not... If you are feeling overwhelmed with the tasks and burdens that each new day carries, remember to take a deep breathe. Yes, try taking that deep breathe now.. Breathe in deeply through your nose and then out through your mouth. You might even feel a bit better already. Breathing is essential but did you know music is too. It will help you to find peace and stillness in the storms of life.
